Target Company List and Identification
- Production of a target company list in close cooperation with the client and the discreet identification of suitable applicants for the consulting part “direct approach”.
Market Approach
- Direct approach to the candidates identified in Europe and Japan. Assessment of their suitability and their interest for the position whilst retaining the anonymity of the client for the consulting part direct approach.
Service for Applicants
- Opportunity of telephone contact for prospective applicants, initial evaluation of the candidates qualifications based on the profile given by the client, whilst retaining the anonymity of the client.
Analysis of Applications
- Screen, review and appraisal of applications based on the profile; report on progress and status of the project and agreement with the client about the ongoing of the project.
Candidate Interviews
- Preparation, organisation and conducting of interviews with those applicants selected.
Recommendation of Candidates
- Analysis of the candidate interviews, information to the client by profile about the candidates recommended for presentation.
Presentation of Candidates
- Presentation of the selected candidates to the client and consultancy concerning the final decision and, upon request, the obtaining of additional information and the taking up references in accordance with any relevant legal requirements.
